Published On

Forza Horizon 5's first paid DLC, Hot Wheels, comes to us on July 19th. While the Forza Horizon series has no shortage of experience working with Hot Wheels, we remain confident that the two will be working together again. Because from what we know so far, the Hot Wheels DLC will expand the map of Mexico more, and the new featured track will allow us to experience the fun of racing in the clouds.

We're going to see a bunch of great stuff in the new expansion, including:

1. Four new biomes

Forest Falls - This is a green forest with a waterfall landscape.

Giant's Canyon - This is a rugged and majestic valley landscape.

Ice Cauldron - A combination of icy tundra and scalding lava.

Horizon Nexus - This is a festival venue in the clouds that serves as the hub of the Horizon Hot Wheels Park.

2. Super long track

As a world-renowned toy maker, Hot Wheels playsets have inspired Forza Horizon 5. Playground Games promises more than 120 miles of tracks with a variety of types to give players a unique racing experience. In addition to the standard tracks, we can also see: repeating Magnet tracks, smooth Ice tracks, water park-like Water flume tracks, rough Rumble tracks and exciting Power boosters.

3. Brand-new tasks and rewards

Players can explore new activities and missions in the Hot Wheels DLC. Includes an all-new storyline about the origins of Hot Wheels, New Bonus Boards and Special Hot Wheels Heats events.

4. Interconnected experience between players

Forza Horizon 5's Hot Wheels DLC allows players to cooperate online and complete races together. At the same time, an all-new Creation Kit will be launched, containing over 80 parts and props for EventLab, allowing players to design and build their tournaments and events and share them with the community.

5. Ten new cars to collect

The Hot Wheels DLC will add new vehicles to the franchise, and they are:

2000 Hot Wheels Deora II

2006 Mosler MT900 GT3

2012 Hot Wheels Bad to the Blade

2013 Hot Wheels Baja Bone Shaker

2018 Hot Wheels Chevrolet Camaro COPO

2018 Subaru WRX STI ARX Supercar

2019 Brabham BT62

2020 SIERRA Cars ALPHA #23 Yokohama

2021 Hennessey Venom F5
